The Honor Watch 5 Ultra showcases a premium, rugged design crafted from aerospace-grade Grade 5 titanium alloy. It is lightweight yet highly durable, featuring an octagonal bezel inspired by spacecraft portholes. The watch face is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass, offering exceptional clarity and resilience.

Built for extreme conditions, the device is certified for shock, scratch, and corrosion resistance. It’s water-resistant up to 50 meters, supports free diving up to 40 meters, and carries an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. It comes in multiple strap options, including fluoroelastomer, leather, and a titanium bracelet.

Display & Interface

The smartwatch features a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 × 466 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 60 Hz. It supports always-on display mode and delivers vivid colors and sharp visibility in various lighting conditions. Navigation is intuitive, thanks to a rotating crown and a customizable side button.

Smart Features & OS

Running on MagicOS with Honor’s AI integration, the watch includes an onboard voice assistant for smart reminders, health summaries, and contextual suggestions. It delivers a polished and responsive user interface, though third-party app support is limited.

Health & Wellness Monitoring

The Honor Watch 5 Ultra is equipped with advanced health-tracking capabilities, including real-time ECG measurement, heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), and stress monitoring. Additional health features include sudden cardiac risk screening, cardiovascular health assessments, and autonomic nervous system analysis. A Healthy Morning Report provides a detailed summary of sleep quality and recovery.

Battery Life & Connectivity

The watch houses a 480 mAh battery, offering up to 15 days of typical use without eSIM and around 3 days in full standalone mode. It supports wireless charging for added convenience. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, NFC for payments and transit (region-dependent), and eSIM functionality for independent cellular connectivity.
